PUGB style cups are a universal flat cup design with a 30° inclusive swivel ball and joint connection. Rigid construction provides increased stability against acceleration and deceleration forces during product transfer. Typically, lift capacities and break away forces are higher for flat cups. The swivel joint minimizes moment forces during lift and transfer motions and compensates for angular misalignment, instead of the cup material. This helps maintain the seal between the cup and product and prolongs cup life. Cup sizes range from 60 to 100mm diameters. Maintenance costs are minimized by replacing only the cup portion of the assembly.
