Hypersep high pressure water separators utilise centrifugal technology for the effective removal of bulk liquid from a compressed air system; providing essential downstream protection as well as the added benefit of improving the performance of other downstream equipment.
Designed to be maintenance free, Hypersep high pressure water separators are available in both threaded and flanged connections and can be installed in horizontal or vertical configuration. Hypersep Series water separators are available for volume flows up to 5826 m³/hr and operating pressures of up to 40 barg.
Requiring no external power, the easy to install Hypersep features unique Hirosheild surface protection, enabling the water separator to withstand the toughest industrial conditions. Hypersep high pressure water separators are available in carbon steel and are designed to operate at pressures up to 40 barg.

Important Note: For quoted air purity performance, water separators must be sized correctly for minimum operating pressure and maximum inlet flow rate using the correction factors found in the Product Information Sheet.
