The P3TF Bulk Liquid Separator removes bulk liquid at all points within the compressed air system and protects filters, refrigeration dryers, and heatless regenerative desiccant dryers by providing high liquid removal efficiencies under all flow conditions. Based upon internal design, it provides a low pressure drop from inlet to outlet, thus lowering the cost of ownership. The P3TF works well with all types of compressors, removing compressor condensate through centerfugial separation technology. Air enters the inlet containing a set of fixed vanes the air passes through, thus forcing the air to spin inside the vessel. Bulk condensate is removed due to directional changes of the airstream, velocity changes, and centrifugal actions of the vortex.
