当今的高压燃油喷射系统需要彻底清除有害的水和固体污染物。同时，与柴油和生物柴油混合的燃料添加剂使得燃料污染物和水的排出比以往任何时候都更具挑战性。集成了燃料过滤器/水分离器的Racor GreenMax™可在恶劣的燃油环境中提供所需的保护和性能。GreenMax™为快速投资回报而设计，其关键词就是绿色 - 提供低成本的过滤器更换，低单次操作成本和环境友好的过滤器处理。                               

订购选项：

•安装有“2”（4微米），10或30微米Aquabloc®屏障介质或深度聚结器Aquabloc®滤芯。
•带或不带手油泵
•带或不带12V或24V加热器
•对于没有发动机回油加热套件的单元：可单独订购：RK6165804
•可提供过滤器更换指示灯：需单独订购：RK32037
•查找零件号“CUT”表，其他公告可以从“产品支持”选项卡下载。
•Water in Fuel（燃油含水）传感器（WIF）公头连接器和远程电子设备需单独中订购：如果您的设备上现在就有有“Ampseal”WIF线束和公头连接器，您可以直接连接。

如果您的设备上现在就有WIF系统，但连接器不是“Ampseal”部件，请订购RK33803套件并对随附的公头连接器进行拼接。

如果您的发动机控制模块（ECM）需要一个电阻，请参阅（工程师公告）EB00007。您将需要更换现有的碗式探头，并可能需要将连接器拼接到现有的线束上。

如果您不使用ECM，请订购RK33803并查阅公告7699以便为您的设备获取电子水检测模块（信号放大器）。          
  
应用：

Racor GreenMax™系列燃油滤清器/水分离器可保护中高压注射柴油发动机上的高压柴油喷射系统。GreenMax™可以使用可选加热功能以符合高达150 gph（568 lpm）的燃油流量和寒冷条件。

•燃油口：7/8“-14 UNF（SAE J1926）
•返回燃油热配件：8 SAE 45o Flare（3/4“-16）•流量可大至：150 GPH（568 LPH）
•清洁压力降（@ 150 GPH）：0.5 PSI（0.03 bar）•允许压力可大至：30 PSI（2.07巴）
•水杯容量：10.1盎司（300毫升）
•环境温度范围：-22o至+ 212oF（-30o至+100℃），燃料温度可高达：158°F（70℃）
仅限吸入侧安装
•燃料兼容性：根据ASTM D975的柴油和根据ASTM D7467达到B20的生物柴油混合物

Racor GreenMax™燃油加热选项：

GreenMax™燃油滤清器/水分离器返回燃料加热技术使用经过发动机加热的并返回到油箱的燃油，在燃料过滤器之前重新引入温热的燃料，以提供所需热量用于不间断的寒冷天气下的操作。在低于燃料“浊点”的温度下，引入加热器可以融化从柴油中分离的溶解的石蜡，使过滤期间的燃料流量不被限制。当燃料温度达到理想温度时，返回燃料再循环阀自动将多余的温热燃料重新引导回罐内。订购套件部件编号RK6165804。  
为了在非常冷的条件下为冷启动提供帮助，快速地将过滤器中的燃料加热到运行到工作温度，可以使用一个200瓦的水杯内加热器。加热器采用恒温控制和自动调节，一旦达到目标燃料温度，它就会自动关闭。GreenMax ™燃油加热选项总结如下：电加热器可帮助您启动; 热燃料再循环技术让您保持运行。    

配有Aquabloc®工程介质：提供极限发动机保护

GreenMax™旨在为大量乳化水提供卓越的除水效率，具有非常低的燃料流量限制和高污垢保持能力。

Aquabloc®屏障介质“2”，10和30微米的介质滤芯可以在经过特殊处理的复合介质上游表面阻挡游离水，使得这一区域聚结的水滴不断增大，然后与更大的固体一起下降到污染物碗.Aquabloc®“2 “微米滤芯具有去除大量乳化水的额外能力。在整个复合介质中进行进一步的颗粒过滤，捕获来自燃料流的微小颗粒。     
Aquabloc®深度聚结器介质为OEM客户开发，为质量不佳和生物柴油混合燃料提供无与伦比的乳化水去除效率。第六代聚合器使用包括主要滤芯的多级系统，燃料和乳化水将会流过几个超细和密集纤维层。这些纤维从燃料中吸引乳化水，当燃料和水通过时，允许沿着纤维形成细小的水滴。当细水滴从另一侧出现时，筛网“释放”层将水滴聚集成更大的尺寸。接下来，次要滤芯将会作为屏障介质，阻挡并收集水滴，直到它们足够大以落入碗中。微粒污染捕获在整个初级阶段提供，以提供高“压力注射”过滤器性能和长使用寿命。欢迎选择“深度聚结器”滤芯，以实现更大的过滤器寿命和更好的除水效率。
