派克的 TDP 系列高响应二通电液比例节流阀单元适用于, 在动态工况下需进行大流量精细控制的, 高要求闭环控制应用场合。

该比例节流阀单元采用 2-级设计, 由一个 DFplus 先导阀和一个带有 LVDT (阀芯位置传感器) 的主级二通座阀组成。由于采用了 DFplus 先导阀, TDP 阀的响应时间快: 从 10.5 ms (NG25) 至 28 ms (NG100), 精度为 &lt0.1 % 额定流量。先导阀主动地控制主阀芯, 而与主油口的压力条件无关。集成在 TDP 阀内的电子控制器具有两个控制环, 同时对主阀芯和 DFplus 先导阀的阀芯进行位置控制。
