Celý popis produktu

The two-piece N0 sealing set for hydraulic cylinders is made of a rubber/rubber-fabric U-cup and a pressure ring of a fabric-reinforced laminate. The U-cup has an integral spacer element eliminating the need for a separate spacer ring that is normally required for chevron packings. The fabric-reinforced laminate retainer ring prevents damage to the U-ring at the gap between the piston and cylinder wall (gap extrusion). It is extremely resistant against wear and pressure peaks and delivers reliable performance even in the most adverse conditions (water or particle contamination).

• High resistance to extrusion through a massive fabric reinforced back-up ring.
• Due to the favorable profile design there is no dynamic pressure build-up between the sealing elements in double-acting cylinders.
• Through the choice of suitable materials the seal is adapted for various working media.
• Excellent sealing function at high surface speeds or under high pressures.
• Long working life keeps maintenance costs down.

Range of application:
Sealing of pistons in hydraulic cylinders. For double-sided pressure loading the seal profile must be used in a back-to-back arrangement.
