Full Product Description

The ParMax™, Series RCP, is a large 6” diameter cartridge designed to flow liquid from inside-to-outside. This design has several advantages. It allows for high flow rate capability within a single cartridge so fewer cartridges are needed compared to traditional 2.5” and 3” diameter designs. It keeps contaminants trapped within the cartridge, so the vessel remains clean. It is available in a NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 certified option suitable for drinking water, in which all materials of construction are FDA listed and acceptable for potable and edible liquid contact according to CFR Title 21.

ParMax cartridges can be used in Parker brand Series PX Filter Vessels or in competitors’ vessels with similar fit and function.

•Large 6” diameter design yields higher flow rates and longer on-stream life than standard 2.5” filters, thus requiring use of fewer cartridges and cutting capital expenditure and change-out time.
•No tools are required to install or remove the cartridge and the integrated handled end cap provides a simple safe design to reduce change-out downtime.
•Inside-to-outside flow ensures contaminant is captured inside the cartridge which provides cleaner and easier extraction during change-outs.
•Patented Chevron seal ensures complete sealing compared to a standard o-ring seal, especially when support plate or baskets are out of round (Silicone seal style not applicable).
