Full Product Description

The Viking Lite valve is a robust, versatile inline valve with compact installation dimensions that is well suited for general industrial applications. The valve can be installed as a single valve for point-of-use applications or mounted on aluminium bar manifolds for centralised applications. Functional options include solenoid air piloted 24vdc and 120vac valves. Limited options makes this valve an easy valve to specify. The bi-directional wear compensated spool performs well in temperature ranges from -10°C to +50°C and pressure ranges from 1.5 to 10 bar. When in service, radial expansion of the spool seal occurs to maintain sealing contact with the valve bore. This sealing method reduces friction and produces a lower required minimum pilot pressure. As the seal wears, it maintains surface contact with the internal bore, which reduces valve leakage in high cyclic applications and extends valve life.
