Parker's Fluorocarbon 90 Durometer O-Ring, Low & High Temperature (VG109-90) Fluorocarbon seals in a broad range of temperatures, pressures, and chemistries.   Developed for services requireing low temperature and rapid gas decompression (RGD), VG109-90 has excellent compression set resistance and ability to resist extrusion.

• Heat resistance - Up to 204°C (400°F) and higher temperatures with shorter life expectancy
• Cold flexibility  -  Down to -46°C (-50°F)

Certifications including:
• API 6A and ISO 23936-2 for 10% H2S and
•  Rapid Gas Decompression for ISO 23936-2 and Total GSPVV 142

Chemical resistance
• Aggressive chemicals such as Zinc Bromide, Methanol
• Aliphatic hydrocarbons (butane, propane, natural gas)
• Aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene)
• Chlorinated hydrocarbons (trichloroethylene and carbon tetrachloride)
• Gasoline (including high alcohol content) and  Diesel fuel
• Very good ozone, weather and aging resistance

Not compatible with:
• Glycol based brake fluids
• Ammonia gas, amines, alkalis
• Superheated steam
• Low molecular weight organic acids (formic and acetic acids)
