Description

    Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP™ 974 Thermally Conductive Gap Filler Pads provide a low hardness (40 Shore A) solution with 6.0 W/m-K of thermal conductivity. THERM-A-GAP™ 974 provides excellent thermal conductivity and is supplied on an acrylic Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) for improved application. THERM-A-GAP™ 97X series gap fillers offer the highest thermal conductivity for low to moderate clamping force applications.
