DP® HT pleated air filters are specially engineered for harsh operating conditions, where elevated temperatures can cause standard pleated filters to fail prematurely. The filters utilize ultra-fine microglass fiber with high-temperature woven scrim backing and are designed for continuous operation in environments up to 500°F (260°C). The filters perform to MERV 8 per ASHRAE 52.2-2007 and feature an aluminized steel frame with a heavy-duty expanded metal screen on the side where the air is expelled, which provides added durability and supports the media pack inside the frame.

DP® HT filters are manufactured using sophisticated production control techniques to ensure consistent pleat count, height, shape, and spacing, which contributes to a low pressure drop, balanced dust-loading, and longer service life.

The pleats can be installed either vertically or horizontally. Available with 1-, 2-, and 4-in thicknesses.
