Parker Chomerics O-Ring Shape Electrically Conductive Elastomer Molded Gaskets are available in various CHO-SEAL® conductive elastomers, consisting of a silicone, fluorosilicone, or EPDM binder with a filler of pure silver, silver-plated copper, silver-plated aluminum, silver-plated nickel, silver-plated glass, nickel-plated graphite, nickel-plated aluminum or non-plated graphite particles.

O-Ring Shape Electrically Conductive Elastomer Molded Gaskets provide moisture/pressure sealing and EMI/EMP shielding when compressed in a properly designed groove. They are interchangeable with standard non-conductive seals of the same dimensions. O-rings with interior dimensions (IDs) greater than 2 in. (51 mm) can be made by splicing extruded materials rather than by molding if groove corner radii are generous.

Additional sizes are available. For custom sizes, drawings must be provided. Part number will be assigned by Parker Chomerics.

O-Ring Cross Section Tolerances:
• Gaskets sized 0.040 to 0.069 in (1.02-1.75 mm) - tolerance: ± 0.003 in (± 0.08 mm)
• Gaskets sized 0.070 to 0.100 in (1.78-2.54 mm) - tolerance ± 0.004 in (± 0.10 mm)
• Gaskets sized 0.101 to 0.200 in (2.57-5.08 mm) – tolerance ± 0.005 in (± 0.13 mm)
• Gaskets sized 0.201 to 0.350 in (5.11-8.89 mm) – tolerance ± 0.008 in (± 0.20 mm)

O-Ring Inside Diameter Tolerances:
• Gaskets sized 0.100 to 1.500 in (2.54 to 38.10 mm) – tolerance ± 0.010 in (± 0.25 mm)
• Gaskets sized 1.501 to 2.500 in (38.13 to 63.50 mm) – tolerance ± 0.015 in (± 0.38 mm)
• Gaskets sized 2.501 to 4.500 in (63.53 to 114.30 mm) – tolerance ± 0.020 in (± 0.51 mm)
