Diffusion Max is a high-performance, self-extinguishing filter technology. It is manufactured in blankets, panel filters and cut-to-size pads. The ATI Diffusion Max line of panel filters can be manufactured with the option of an exposed cross-wire for easy installation. The media is made in three grades for compatibility with both your facility's air quality standards, and newer paint technologies, such as advanced clear coats.

Diffusion Max media helps to equalize airflow across the booth by decreasing pockets of turbulence and protecting painted surfaces. It is the result of more than five years of intense development and testing, and is the latest addition to a broad line of air make-up products for paint spray booths.

Diffusion Max is manufactured using progressively structured, resin bonded synthetic fleece. Each individual fiber - not just those at the surface - is coated with a special non-migratory tackifier for maximum contaminant retention over time. The media is progressively denser from the air entering to air-leaving side to provide best-possible depth-loading and full media utilization. A protective scrim backing enhances efficiency and structural integrity. Each galvanized steel support frame is hand-wiped to eliminate microscopic dirt on steel wires and prevent contamination of parts.

Every Diffusion Max product receives a final quality inspection, a step that is distinctive in the industry. As a final step in the quality process, all products are supplied in plastic bags, which have been crater tested to guard against the possibility of silicon contamination.
