HPLA080 actuators incorporate a high strength timing belt, guided by low friction, heavy-duty roller wheels, inside a sealed housing. With load capacity to 3000N and speeds up to 5m/s, HPLA080's are optimized for high speed, single or multi-axis systems

Full Product Description

The HPLA series of high performance linear actuators has an extremely robust design that offers long service life and low maintenance to all industrial handling applications. Its main features are high speed, high acceleration and long travel lengths, combined with a stiff, rigid construction allowing the use of the LBB080 even under harsh environmental conditions. It is ideally suited for use in either single axis configurations or high speed, multi-axis gantry systems. The HPLA carriage is rigidly supported on three sides by heavy duty roller bearings which are preloaded to eliminate play in the system. The LBB080’s high strength, steel reinforced belt and pulley system provides fast, highly repeatable positioning of the carriage. The mounting of the belt to the carriage is designed to enable easy replacement of the belt without the need to remove the payload.
