Series MA and Series MAN Non-Lube Heavy Duty Steel Tie Rod Pneumatic Cylinders are rated for compressed air service to 200 psi, and are the high performance, long-lasting choice for all your air cylinder applications.
The unique “check seal” cushions with molded flow passages combine the benefits of floating cushions with check valve action, providing effective cushioning and quick stroke reversal for more cycles per hour and higher production rates. Cushion needle valves make precise adjustment quick and easy.
The Series MA piston rod lipseal in combination with the wiperseal comprises a sealing system that delivers leak free performance. The one-piece piston design is piloted to the piston rod, assuring concentricity, and the wide piston surface contacting cylinder bore reduces bearing loads. Pressure actuated o-ring Body End Seals prevent leaks.
Series MAN non-lube air cylinders feature rounded lip rod and piston seals that glide over PTFE-based lubricant to provide long seal and bearing life without the use of air line lubricators. As the cylinder strokes, no oil is expelled into the atmosphere with exhaust air.
Every Series MA and Series MAN cylinder is individually tested before leaving our plant to assure proper performance with leak free operation, and comes with an 18-month warranty.
