The principle of our Twin Plate Standard filter is a proven technology in a wide range of applications and suitable for batch filtration and fluids with a high dirt load.The contaminated fluid enters the vessel and flows through the filter media towards the central outlet, where it is discharged. The design may include a scavenger plate. This plate filters the last part of the batch which means that a minimal volume of unfiltered liquid is left behind in the vessel. Therefore the filter is ideally suited for high value liquids. Another benefit is the horizontal plate filter works with gravity so accidental or other interruptions have no effect on the filtration process.
