Item Information

Polyurethane tubing is tough, highly kink resistant and more flexible than other rubber or thermoplastic tubing. Polyurethane tubing is commonly used in low pressure pneumatic applications.  Its extreme flexibility allows for tight routing without collapse or kinking. The non-marring surface will not damage finished surfaces and PU tubing offers the best abrasion and tear resistance available for plastic tubing.  It is supplied in multiple transparent and opaque colors for system color coding.

Markets:
• Industrial Pneumatics
• Robotics
• Pneumatic Controls
• General Purpose Instrumentation

Features:
• Extreme flexibility and kink resistance
• Excellent abrasion and wear resistance reduces tubing replacement
• Polyether based polyurethane provides excellent hydrolytic stability, ensuring it will not degrade when used in water based applications
• Flexible and easy to assemble onto designated fittings
• 90 to 95 Shore A durometer

Applications:
• Pneumatic controls
• Low to medium pressure pneumatics where weld spatter resistance is not required
• Vacuum equipment
• Analytical instrumentation
• Robotics
• Semiconductor equipment
