Item Information

Parker's Fluorocarbon 75 Durometer O-Ring, Low & High Temperature (VX065-75)  extreme low temperature  has unrivaled low and high temperature performance for a fluorocarbon in the sealing industry.  VX065 offers the low temperature flexibility more like a fluorosilicone, but the chemical resistance and durability expected of a fluorocarbon.

• Heat resistance - Up to 204°C (400°F) and higher temperatures with shorter life expectancy
• Cold flexibility - Down to -54°C (-65°F) for static applications and -26°C (-50) for dynamic applications

Chemical resistance
• Mineral oil and grease, ASTM oil No. 1, and IRM 902 and IRM 903 oils
• Non-flammable hydraulic fluids (HFD)
• Excellent jet fuel  & HTS oil compatibility
• Aliphatic hydrocarbons (butane, propane, natural gas)
• Aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene)
• Chlorinated hydrocarbons (trichloroethylene and carbon tetrachloride)
• Gasoline (including high alcohol content)
• Very good ozone, weather and aging resistance
• Lower temperature alternative for GLT Type, AMS-R-83485, HTS Turbine Oils

Not compatible with:
• Glycol based brake fluids
• Ammonia gas, amines, alkalis
• Superheated steam
• Low molecular weight organic acids (formic and acetic acids)
