Item Information

Parker Generation 5 WVM compressed air dryers provide an energy efficient heat regenerated compressed air drying solution for large scale compressed air applications. Ideal for electronics and automotive production plants but suitable for all general manufacturing industries where typically high volume flows and low pressure dewpoints are required.

Providing energy savings of up to 25% compared to conventional systems, WVM series compressed air dryers can be equipped with heat exchangers that allow steam or other available process heat sources to be used for heat regeneration. This alternative regeneration process can be employed in addition to or instead of the standard electrical heaters, resulting in even higher energy savings.

• Constant outlet dewpoint in accordance with ISO8573-1 classes 1, 2 or 3 for water vapour & -40°C PDP (other PDP: -20°C / -70°C on request)
• Full feature electronic control with dewpoint display and Energy Saving Technology fitted as standard
• Large flow capacities
• Active heating under vacuum
• Various options for optimal adaptability to customer needs
• Basic thermal insulation fitted as standard (high performance additional option required for PDP greater than -40°C)
