The double-acting piston sealing set ZP consists of a rubber-fabric seal with back-up rings on both sides to prevent extrusion. The dynamic surface of the seal on the outer diameter is reinforced with a special dimensionally stable fabric. This supports the development of a lubricating film between the seal and the cylinder wall, even after long standstill periods and under high pressure. This grease deposit reduces breakaway friction and dynamic friction and thus wear of the dynamic surface of the seal. The surface structure ensures wear resistance, even in low-lube conditions. The ZP sealing set is extremely robust, even in harshest conditions such as particle contamination in the system.
