The HTR series linear actuator is an extremely rugged telescoping, vertical axis unit that is ideally positioned for high speed automation. Where ceiling height in an overhead gantry is at a minimum the HTR is the perfect solution. The HTR was designed to be packaged into the smallest overall footprint possible while still allowing for long travel positioning. High throughput lifting and transporting were at the heart of the design considerations for the HTR.
The HTR incorporates steel reinforced belt and pulley drive to connect the multiple telescoping tube sections in order to generate a smooth telescoping extension. A unique roller bearing guide mechanism is used to provide stability and rigidity within the system.
