Sporlan Type ORD is a differential pressure regulating valve that is used in conjunction with a Type ORI or Type CDS valve in a head pressure control application.  It allows hot gas to bypass the condenser and pressurize the receiver.

Sporlan Type ORI(T) is used to hold back liquid refrigerant in the condenser in Head Pressure Control applications.  This valve is used in conjunction with a Type ORD valve.

Sporlan Type LAC Head Pressure Control valves perform the function of limiting refrigerant flow from the condenser and at the same time regulate the flow of hot gas around the condenser to the receiver during low ambient conditions.

Sporlan Type OROA Head Pressure Control valves perform the function of holding back refrigerant flow from the condenser and at the same time regulate the flow of hot gas around the condenser through an integral ORD valve to pressure the receiver.

Sporlan Type ADR discharge bypass valves limit the minimum evaporating pressure during periods of low load to prevent coil icing and avoid operating the compressor at suction pressures below its operating range.
