Prior to the “Acknowledged” status, you are able to cancel a line item or cancel your entire order. Quantity changes cannot be made once an order has been submitted. Until the “Acknowledged” status, you may delete a line item and place a new order with the adjusted quantity. Once your order has reached “Acknowledged” status, it cannot be cancelled by you or by the customer care department. You can find your order by going to Parker.com and select “Manage Online Orders” found in the page footer.
