The base mounted H Series ISO -1 & -2 valve series covers the 5 ISO sizes (02 to 3) with Qn from 540 to 5890 Nl/mn. The H Universal manifold offers the opportunity to mix sizes from 02 to 2 and offers the flexibility for pneumatic zones in the manifold.

Full Product Description

The H Series ISO valve is a family of base mounted valves available in five size ranges (ISO 15407 & 5599 - Sizes 01, 02, 1, 2 and 3) with a nominal flow Qn from 540 to 5890 Nl/mn. Available in both Plugin and non-plugin version, the product family is offered as 5/2 and 5/3 functions with a dual 3/2 NC or NO function available in size 02. The valve can be mounted individually as a single sub-base or mounted on a manifold. Used with the newly designed H Universal Manifold, it is possible to attach several sizes from 02 to 2 without a transition kit to right size the valve for the application with no wasted space. Additionally, its intermediate supply module allows the creation of multiple pneumatic zones in the manifold with the internal or external pilot pressure configurable to the application. The left end plate provides the convenience of multiple wiring options. Electrical connections for the plugin version can be made through the manifold using either hardwiring or collective wiring or industrial network technology including PROFINET IO, EtherCAT, POWERLINK, Ethernet/IP, Modbus/TCP, CC-Link IE, IO-Link and other traditional fieldbus protocols.
