La serie de turbinas separadoras de agua con filtro de combustible marino Racor es un sistema de filtración aprobado por UL que ofrece la máxima protección de los componentes del motor diésel al eliminar eficazmente los contaminantes del combustible.
La serie de turbinas separadoras de agua con filtro de combustible marino Racor es el separador de agua con filtro de combustible más confiable del mercado. El conjunto aprobado por UL cuenta con un sistema de filtración de tres etapas que elimina eficazmente el agua y las partículas del combustible, proporcionando la máxima protección de los componentes del motor diésel en aplicaciones marinas donde la fiabilidad es fundamental.
Los separadores de agua con filtro de combustible marino Racor están disponibles en una amplia gama de configuraciones para cumplir con los requisitos únicos de los motores de los clientes. Todos los modelos utilizan los elementos de filtración Aquabloc® patentados de Racor. Aquabloc® es un medio de ingeniería único que incorpora corrugaciones espaciadas entre pliegues y una estructura de poros graduados para aumentar la capacidad de retención de suciedad y prolongar la vida útil del filtro. El medio es impermeable y resistente a la oxidación, capturando contaminantes mientras que la superficie especialmente tratada separa y fusiona el agua del combustible, lo que hace que el agua se acumule en gotas grandes que luego caen en el recipiente de recolección transparente. 10 micras (98% @ 10 micras): captura más contaminantes que elementos de 30 micras y es más eficaz para detener el agua. Prolonga la vida útil de todo el sistema de combustible.
"2" micras (98% @ 4 micras): proporciona la máxima eliminación y filtración de agua y es capaz de proteger todos los sistemas de inyección modernos, al tiempo que prolonga en gran medida la vida útil de los filtros del motor difíciles de mantener.
Cómo funcionan
Para un rendimiento óptimo, los conjuntos de filtros marinos de la serie Turbine deben instalarse en el lado de vacío de la bomba de transferencia de combustible. Eliminan los contaminantes del combustible mediante el siguiente proceso de tres etapas:
Etapa uno - Separación de agua: A medida que el combustible ingresa al conjunto del filtro, se mueve a través de la centrífuga y hace girar grandes sólidos y gotas de agua, que caen al fondo del recipiente de recolección.
Etapa dos - Coalescencia: Pequeñas gotas de agua se acumulan en la superficie del deflector cónico y el elemento del cartucho. Cuando son lo suficientemente pesados, caen al fondo del tazón.
Etapa tres - Filtración: El cartucho patentado Aquabloc® detiene y captura contaminantes finos duros y blandos, mientras que el agua restante se fusiona en la superficie del medio. El agua fusionada se acumula en gotas más grandes que luego caen en el recipiente de recolección transparente.

Beneficios:
• Elimina el agua que ingresa al sistema a través de la condensación en el tanque de combustible. Cualquier agua presente en la corriente de combustible favorecerá el crecimiento bacteriano, lo que puede causar filtros obstruidos y provocar la formación de ácidos corrosivos. Los componentes susceptibles se oxidan y corroen, lo que provoca la erosión y el desgaste de los componentes críticos del sistema de combustible.
• Elimina las partículas duras presentes en el aire que se introducen durante el abastecimiento de combustible, como la arena y la sílice.
• Elimina las partículas contaminantes blandas del combustible diésel sobrecalentado y degradado, que recubren los filtros con una sustancia negra similar al asfalteno, lo que provoca pérdida de potencia y apagado del motor.
• Evita daños costosos en los inyectores y aumenta la vida útil de los filtros aguas abajo.
• Ahorra tiempo y dinero al eliminar el mantenimiento no planificado y el tiempo de inactividad no programado por fallas en los componentes del sistema.
• Con las turbinas Racor 75 y 791000, un simple giro de una válvula vuelve a poner en línea un filtro limpio. El mantenimiento del filtro obstruido se puede realizar con el motor en marcha.
