Parkers utbud av tryckkompenserade reglerventiler för prioriterat flöde har en beprövad konstruktion som möjliggör en pålitlig och repeterbar flödeskompensationskurva över ett stort tryckområde samtidigt som de säkerställer att prioritetsflödet uppnås. Dessa ventiler kan användas tillsammans med hydraulsystemflöden på upp till 90 lpm och tryck upp till 420 bar med ett urval manipulationssäkra alternativ. Parkers tryckkompenserade reglerventiler för prioriterat flöde är idealiska för styrnings- bromsnings- eller aktiveringskontrollapplikationer inom många olika områden, t.ex. jordbruk, byggsektor, materialhantering, industri samt gas och olja.

Ytterligare tekniska insikter:
Prioriterade tryckkompenserande flödeskontrollventiler upprätthåller konstant prioriterat flöde till en del av en krets oavsett ändringar i last- eller inloppstryck. När ett prioritetsflöde uppnås kan eventuellt överflöde användas i andra delar av kretsen. Ventilen består av en kontrollöppning inom en fjäderbaserad kompenseringsslid. Denna öppning kan vara fast eller justerbar. Den prioriterade porten är vanligtvis öppen medan bypassporten vanligtvis är stängd. När flöde kommer in i inloppsporten på patronen passerar det genom kontrollöppningen. En tryckskillnad skapas längs med kompenseringssliden. Om inloppsflödet överskrider ventilinställningen kommer kraften från denna tryckskillnad att överskrida fjäderkraften och växlar kompenseringssliden, vilket öppnar bypassporten och förbigår överflödet. Om belastningstrycket vid bypassporten är större än belastningstrycket vid prioritetsporten kommer kompenseringssliden att växla ytterligare och begränsa det prioriterade flödet motsvarande ventilinställningen. Om prioriteringen blockeras så att inget flöde kan passera genom kontrollöppningen måste försiktighet iakttas, då detta får kompenseringssliden att växla, vilket blockerar bypassporten och låter inloppstrycket gå till fullt systemavlastningstryck. Det är vanligt att placera en extern avlastningsventil nedströms av det prioriterade flödet för att förhindra ett flödesfritt tillstånd.
