DP® (MERV 10/8A) standard-capacity pleated air filters exhibit low pressure drop and high dust-holding capacity for performance in challenging HVAC applications. Available in multiple sizes (1-, 2-, and 4-in. thickness).
California Residents: Prop-65 Warning
DP® standard-capacity extended surface, pleated air filters with Airguard® technology are suitable for use in virtually any air handling system, including filter banks, central station air handlers, rooftop units, side access housings, as final filters for systems with MERV 10 or MERV-A 8-A requirements or pre-filters in multi-stage systems.
The filters are manufactured using sophisticated production control techniques to ensure consistent pleat count, height, shape, and spacing, which contributes to better performance and longer service life. Predetermined pleat centers allow dirt to collect evenly over the entire surface of the media, resulting in a slow, steady rise in resistance to ensure maximum dust-holding capacity. The two-piece frame with double-wall thickness around the outer edge provides rigidity. This coupled with a die-cut pattern with 50% more contact points between the media pack and the frame, gives DP® standard-capacity filters superior durability for use in demanding environments, where harsh conditions often cause alternative filter products to fail prematurely.
All DP® standard-capacity filters exceed ASHRAE Standard 52.2 air cleaning specifications for filters installed upstream of cooling coils. Filters may be installed with the pleats either vertical (preferred) or horizontal.
