Parker's RF series of rotary position controls deliver a linear voltage output proportional to the position of it's driver over angular ranges up to 360 degrees. There is even an option for detents when certain positions are commonly used. The standard D shaft driver enables the manufacturer to select the knob of their choice to give their application the look and feel that they want. An optional knob is available if preferred.
The controls are very robust and able to withstand rugged applications. The controls utilize solid state Hall Effect , non-contacting technology for trouble free operation and a high level of EMI immunity. The potted design combined with the sealed connector give the electronics for the RS sensor IP66 protection for outdoor applications. The mechanical features offered provide for easy installation and removal, even in field conditions.
