D1FC (NG06/ CETOP 03) 和 D3FC (NG10/CETOP 05) 系列直动比例直流阀具有数字板载电子设备和位置反馈功能,可为各种应用提供优化的工艺速度、高动态和流量。 LVDT 完全集成到紧凑的外壳中, 因此不需要裸露的电缆连接。因此,意外断开连接是不可能的。 数字板载电子设备位于坚固的金属外壳中,允许在恶劣的环境条件下使用。标称值出厂设置。 串行 RS232 接口的电缆连接可作为附件提供。

可选配 EtherCAT® 接口
带有 EtherCAT® 接口 的 D1FC 和 D3FC 满足阀门和主控制器之间现代通信的要求  。 由于数据传输速度快,循环时间短,在现场总线系统内也可以实现要求苛刻的控制功能。

该阀由 EtherCAT® 接口驱动和监控。实际值(阀芯位置)、温度、运行时间和不同的错误消息可用作诊断信号。 阀门参数是出厂设置 的,可以通过参数化界面与派克ProPxD软件进行调整。

除了现场总线通信外,这些阀门还提供标准版本的一系列功能,包括 模拟 命令 信号 和 诊断 备用行程。 因此,它们可以独立于现场总线控制运行,特别是在调试和维护期间。
