UHP PTFE Fluoropolymer Check Valve (up to 1-1/2 inch) – CV-1 Series
The HPX1 Series PFA Submersible Heat Exchanger enables precise temperature control of process chemicals and water in semiconductor and pharmaceutical applications. It can be mounted inside of the tank, which eliminates external space requirements.
The Parker HPX1 Series is a PFA submersible heat exchanger that enables high-resolution temperature control of processing chemicals and DI water. It can operate under a broad range of pressure and temperature conditions and is ideally suited for use in ultra-high purity (UHP) semiconductor manufacturing and pharmaceutical control operations.
The HPX1 Series offers high performance heat transfer to surrounding fluids while ensuring process purity and safety through a leak-proof design. The heat exchanger is comprised of 85 thin-walled, specially made PFA tubes, which provide exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals and maximize heat transfer while maintaining a high pressure rating. The heat exchanger is designed for mounting inside of the tank, which simplifies installation and eliminates external space requirements.
The HPX1 Series is available in different lengths and flow capacities to meet the unique requirements of customers’ systems. It comes equipped with Parflare tubing connections, which reduce assembly time and installation costs, while ensuring a leak-tight seal for reliability in applications where cleanliness is critical.
